All Natural Lemon Lime Demerara Sugar

Natural Demerara Sugar, lemon juice, lime juice.
How To Use
225 grams unsalted butter melted, 1/2 cup lemon lime sugar, 2 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup oat flour, 5 Tbsp cornstarch
Set the oven to 350F, Put the sugar into a mixing bowl and add the flour, oat flour, and cornstarch. Whisk to combine well. Pour the melted butter into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pat the dough into an 8 inch square baking pan. Prick all over with a fork. sprinkle the top with a little sugar Bake for about 22 minutes, or until it is just beginning to turn pale golden around the edges. Let the shortbread cool for a few minutes, and then use a sharp knife to cut it into squares.
Lemon lime sugar tastes great in tea and lemonade. This sugar is delicious for rimming glasses for daiquiris, mojitos and other cocktails. Also create the most amazing desserts with this sugar as it packs a punch of flavor.
