Cajun Spiced Grilled Tofu
Cajun spice mix is typically made of strong and hot ground spices like cayenne, paprika, garlic powder and a blend of dried herbs. All it requires is to stir the spices together and incorporate them into any dish you’re cooking. They’re super versatile and gives a peppery and earthy taste. The bland flavour of tofu soaks in the Cajun marinade and is then charred to perfection!
