5 Minute PB and J Smoothie
PB & J is a childhood classic, and turning it into a smoothie was certainly a lightbulb moment!
Packed with proteins and healthy fats, this smoothie makes a great breakfast or a post-workout drink. They’re easily customisable as well – you can add in protein powder, oats, nuts and seeds.
Rich, creamy and loaded with energy, this smoothie is a healthier twist to an all-time favourite childhood snack!
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 cups plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter, creamy
- 2 tbsp fruit jelly or jam (of any flavour)
- 1/2 cup frozen berries (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve chilled.
