Vegan Hollandaise Sauce
The traditional hollandaise sauce is made with beaten egg yolks, melted butter, lemon juice, and seasoned with salt, pepper and Dijon mustard.
For our vegan hollandaise, the egg yolks are swapped with chickpea flour, which when whisked in milk and butter over heat, replicates the silky, air-light and creamy texture. You can also add nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavour.
Drizzle this buttery goodness over your roasted veggies, salad or in your sandwich. They’re soy-free, nut-free and are always gluten-free!
