Smoked Gouda Style Cheese. Vegan Cheddar Cheese is 100% plant-based cheese made with Cashew Nuts and coconut oil for a rich and creamy cruelty-free treat. Use it in a Grilled cheese sandwich with pickled onions, a veggie burger or soup.

It grates and melts very well. It can be turned into a cheese sauce by heating it up with a plant-based milk.

The cheese has a pleasant hickory smoke flavour with a cheesy aroma.
