IN A 12 OUNCE GLASS, MUDDLE THE CITRUS MINT DEMERARA, SALT AND LEMON JUICE FOR 10 SECONDS. ADD ICE AND THEN ADD CLUB SODA. STIR WELL AND ENJOY
