DIY 6 Seed Vegan Protein Powder
This homemade plant-based, clean protein blend is gluten-free, grain-free, and comes with lots of essential nutrients along with high-quality protein.
These protein powders are easily customizable – you can add oats, almonds, peanuts, and walnuts. You can also adjust the flavor by adding cocoa, cinnamon powder, coconut shavings, or vanilla powder.
It can be added to not just smoothies and oatmeal but also to curries and baked goods.

Here’s how you can make this super simple Vegan Protein Powder
PREP TIME – 5 mins
COOK TIME – 5 mins
TOTAL TIME – 10 mins
SERVING SIZE – 3 cups
- ½ cup Chia seeds
- ½ cup Flax seeds
- ½ cup Pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
- ½ cup White sesame seeds
- ½ cup Hemp seeds
- Heat a pan and dry roast flax seeds and sesame seeds separately over low flame.
- After dry roasting, transfer to a plate and let them cool down.
- In a blender, first, grind the chia seeds. Then add the roasted flax and sesame seeds, along with hemp, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds. Pulse until all the ingredients are combined together into a fine powder.
- Store the protein powder in the refrigerator using an air-tight container.
