Vegan Eggnog
Eggnog is synonymous with holiday festivities as it is widely known as a traditional Christmas-time drink. Typically made with eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract, this drink has a distinctive custard flavour and a creamy-velvety texture.
The vegan version tastes like melted vanilla ice cream with hints of nuttiness and warm spices.
The classic eggnog is generally spiked with brandy or rum (which are inherently vegan-friendly), so pour in a shot for a punch of strong favour and keep the holiday spirit going.
