Mushroom Latte
Mushrooms in your coffee sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it? Well, not only is this coffee blend far from new, it’s beyond delicious and comes with a range of powerful medicinal properties.
The mushroom powder is made of an assortment of medicinal mushroom extracts, dehydrated and ground to a fine powder.
It gives the latte an earthy, nutty taste with a distinctive aroma, and yet doesn’t have an overwhelming mushroom flavour.

INGREDIENTS:-
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 tbsp mushroom powder
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1 pinch ginger powder
INSTRUCTIONS:-
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and well-combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a heated saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and pour into a mug. Sprinkle with cinnamonand serve.
