Brewing instructions :
Always use fresh water. Bring water to a boil. If adding sugar, do so now. Add 1 teaspoon per cup (150ml) to the boiling water. Always add milk last and boil for 3-4 minutes. Cover with a lid and wait for 1-2 minutes before straining into cups.
Compliments : Best enjoyed as morning or evening chai with snacks like rusk, khari biscuits, pakoras, samosa, bhujia. stuffed parathas, poha and even with wholesome food any time.
Storage Instructions : Store in the tea tin, keep it away from light and moisture. So advisable to keep in cool dark places.
